Offering' ! We are not in financial trouble, and we plan to be around to
supply your needs for a long time to come.

purchase, we ask you to provide information by filling in and submitting an

Shipping Orders Placed
on Our Website:
Orders are shipped within 3 business days of receipt. If, for some reason,
we are unable to fill your order exactly as requested, you will be
contacted within 24 hours. (Weekdays-Saturday only)
Orders from this website are shipped via UPS ground from our San Francisco
Bay Area warehouse. The rates for UPS ground shipping are based on
weight of the items, and the distance from our warehouse. This charge is
automatically added to your invoice during checkout.
If you order a LARGE OVERSIZE ITEM
(heater or filter) the total amount of your order on the checkout order form DOES NOT
reflect the shipping
charge. A SHIPPING CHARGE WILL BE ADDED based on Common Carrier fees. We
will inform you by e-mail of the total charges including shipping and
request a reply accepting this total BEFORE your
order ships.
Normal UPS Ground service requires up to seven working days for
delivery. For quicker service, we can ship your order via UPS 2nd day,
or UPS Overnight shipping for additional fees. Please select this option when
ordering if
you desire. International shipping is also
available, using the most economical options, depending on the
destination country.
In any case, where shipping is not via UPS ground, or within the continental
US, you will be contacted by e-mail to confirm the increased fee.
